Look how beautiful is Thai traditional dress too. Why can't they use it? Why you need to steal our costume? Think if someone use this dress as represent of Burma people in K-drama or C-drama.

I Haven’t Stopped Loving You. I’ve Just Lost the Ability to Trust You Like Before.
Last night, I watched Mr. Fanboy for the second time. The first time, I watched it for the performances. This time, I saw myself in Wan—as a Myanmar fan—and I cried all night.
When Wan talked about spending his time and energy trending for the idol he loved, only to hear Nine ask who had asked him to do it, it hurt more than I expected.
Because we Myanmar fans understand that feeling.
We may not have the financial resources of international fans, but we give what we can: our time, effort, sleepless nights, and love. We prepare hashtags, promote projects, and fight for a place on trending lists because we want the people we love to shine.
For us, trending isn't just about numbers. It's one of the ways we say, “We see you. We're proud of you. We want you to succeed.”
We know you never asked us to do any of this. But does that mean our efforts have no value? We never expected anything in return. Sometimes, we just wanted to feel that our love was understood and respected.
The most painful thing isn't always a cruel word. Sometimes, it's the actions of someone you trusted that slowly destroy the trust you once gave them so freely.
I can't give up fandom life, and I don't regret loving the artists who once brought me so much happiness. But I can no longer trust them unconditionally as I used to.
I still love them. That's exactly why it hurts.
I don't want to hate them or take back the love I've given. I just want to recover the part of my heart that could believe in them without hesitation.
To my fellow Myanmar fans: our love is not worth less because we cannot give as much financially. Our time, effort, and dedication matter, too. We were never wrong for loving wholeheartedly.
But we deserve to protect our hearts, too.
We are not just fans who exist to love our artists. We are human beings who deserve to have our love, feelings, and efforts respected, too.
Look how beautiful is Thai traditional dress too. Why can't they use it? Why you need to steal our costume? Think if someone use this dress as represent of Burma people in K-drama or C-drama.

To people from other countries, please remember what is happening right now. One day, your culture might be appropriated without permission for someone else's benefit, only for them to brush it off by saying,
“It’s just a fictional city.”
Thailand is extremely well-known for producing BL series, and a series starring popular BL actors can easily gain global attention.
When that happens, most viewers won't stop to wonder which country's traditional attire they are actually seeing. The impression left on the majority of audiences may simply be that “this is Thai culture.”
Today, it happens to be Myanmar's culture and traditional attire caught up in this controversy. Tomorrow, it could just as easily be your country's culture in the same situation.
GMMTV has taught us one important lesson: how crucial it is to preserve our cultural heritage, and just how united we can be when a crisis hits. I'm taking notes.
See you when the series airs...

@OBvlogs By constantly stealing the traditions of others, they have forgotten the true origins of their own; now, we—who are not Thai—are the ones having to rediscover Thai traditions for them.
