Just because something doesn't go your way means you lash out.

@therealstephen6 @wingermk @Unkle_K Your point included the "fact" that it was a cycle lane. The car HAD to brake as another van pulled in front him which would've caused a much more harsh accident. And it is easier to brake on a bicycle safely than it is in a car because of much less weight and size.
