Ackerman & Co.’s Stephen Lapierre and Wyatt Whitaker have closed the sale of a former 6,440 SF Meineke Car Care Center in Woodstock, GA. Stephen & Wyatt represented the seller in the $1.7M transaction. The buyer, Killian Automotive, will open a car repair center at the site.
