On Nov. 4, we filed an amicus brief urging the Court to consider scientific research that shows the intense pressure people often feel to comply with police searches—especially Black and unhoused individuals, who face even greater psychological stress in these encounters.

📢 Prompt Update & Deadline Extension

The submission deadline for The Future Echoes: A Zine Anthology has been extended until the end 12/2/24! In the wake of the recent election, we wanted a new prompt to encourage reflection and to imagine what moving forward could look like.

Although we are non-partisan organization, we have acknowledged President-Elect Donald Trump's existential threat to protecting our civil rights and liberties. To that end, we intend for The Future Echoes: A Zine Anthology to be a place for young people to express their feelings.
