As announced by Hon'ble Minister @KTRTRS in the Assembly, #LRS charges have been slashed and restored to 2015 rates.
1. 7 slab rates
2. No NALA charges to be paid
3. Pro-rata open space shortfall @14% of plot value at the time of registration and not current market value.
