Just some thoughts after today’s debate in parliament. A much overdue debate & hopefully now we’ll see some serious enforcement of British law to protect the vulnerable. But at the very least more open debate. Lies hide in darkness. I personally know of several families who have transed their gay children. I know of one family with 3 children who have transitioned them all, including castration & fertility killing cross sex hormones with all the long term medical complications & problems years from now those hormones will inevitably bring, physically but also mentally, because in reality humans know they don’t change sex. What happens if they change their minds? Many already have. Huge court cases are gathering pace in the wings here & in the USA. Children change their minds all the time as they mature, that’s what kids do. It’s why we stop them drinking, driving, smoking, getting tattoos for starters. Because as adults we know they make mistakes. We don’t want them to be life changing ones! Gender ideology is a dangerous ideology, blasé with long term health complications, it’s an ideology affecting mostly girls & autistic children, an “extremely” important statistic to be aware of. Historically the vast majority of gender confused children have grown out of their dysphoria & lived a normal non medicalised healthy life, most simply being gay. Gender dysphoria is still a dysphoria, a mental health condition, like anorexia, another body dysphoria, but we don’t help anorexics to starve themselves. We are all born in our own bodies not someone else’s body. Even if we’re not always at ease with it. I don’t believe we have a gendered sole, I believe we have distinct, individual, unique, wonderful, personalities. There certainly isn’t an ever growing lists of 87 genders just millions of those amazing personalities. Progression is not enforcing or promoting narrow, pernicious, old fashioned & constricting stereotypes or attaching labels & flags. We don’t have to fit into divisive tribes to be accepted, or at least we shouldn’t have to. But, we do need to embrace gay kids, & thank goodness in most places in the world we do, but there’s still much work to be done on that front. That’s where we should be putting our energy. For example some churches still dont allow same sex marriages even here in the Uk. Individuality should be celebrated not categorised. People should be able to wear what ever they like in total safety & acceptance but……Human biological Sex itself is binary (only 2 gametes exist, there’s no 3rd gamete) & it’s immutable. Humans remain their sex, throughout their whole lives, it’s in every cell in our bodies. A simple cheek swab will confirm that. We used them for decades in sport to keep sport fair. Today’s version of femininity or masculinity is a social construct & One day we will be horrified with this period in time, as we have other terrible medical scandals. This one is the worst yet, affected mainly vulnerable young people in particular. Ruining once perfectly healthy bodies, that will now need medical intervention for life. As a child I was always called a tomboy, up a tree, scuffed knees, short hair, broken teeth & racing anyone that I could. Today an over enthusiastic teacher might well be suggesting I was a boy! An unscrupulous one might be doing that behind my parent’s back. I was not. My biggest achievement is my kids. Puberty blockers & cross sex hormones would have stopped that happening. I’m very happy to be reminded of my position on this in future years but I do hope those peddling this confusion are prosecuted & remembered, especially those that have profited from it. Many parents & kids have been badly let down & sold a lie, getting the wrong help for their troubled children. I’d love to know who’s financed all this & why? Maybe one day we will? If you’ve got this far do your own personal research. Dont have pre conceived ideas. Look at facts & stats, some critical thinking & follow the money

@MartinSLewis Tea! We have main hot meal at lunch time and our tea time can be hot or cold...and we don't drink tea. Years ago, before children, we used to have the tea meal at around 5:30 and that was the last meal of the day, but now between 6 and 8 pm. Restaurant evening meals are dinners.
