we are (finally!) witnessing the merge of the virtual ideaspace with the physical meetingspace. this has been a long time coming, and SF is the perfect nexus. congratulations to the entire team for making this dream become real! @ethereum@ethereumfndn@ethereumhouseSF

done with #Lovable. was great for rapid wireframing and UX. sucks balls for deep back-end DB integration and complex app logic. All-in on #Cursor. CursorAI is running circles around clumsy Lovable. just sayin.
whereupon after 20 years of thoroughly "washing & rinsing" my rice before steaming it, i finally ask Chat, and she simply says: "not really necessary." 😳🤣🤑
So let me get this straight, @tim_cook@Apple -- if I don't get an Apple Watch, I'm going to die? My main motivation should be... fear of death? What a lame fear-mongering marketing slant. #stevejobs turning over in his grave on this one.
0/ Say hello to @ethereumhouseSF
A local hub for Ethereum builders, researchers, founders and investors in San Francisco’s @frontiertower. We’re excited to be supporting the Ethereum House with grant funding and collaboration from EF team members.
@RealRossU Ross, I'm so happy you're free. My life path shares an amazing amount of parallels to yours. After running a series of successful tech startups, the FBI sent me down for 6 years, ending up at USP Beaumont. And I am now enjoying SoCal nature. and <3 Orion. Enjoy Life, brother!!!!
If Apple Intelligence is so damn smart, why am I constantly triggered and wanting to punch it in the face?
(one more stupid iMessage response suggestion, "new" Siri, and i'm... 🤬🧨)
...in this case, these malicious sites are AI +honeypots+, loading up their prompt injections, just waiting (praying) for the AI to come pay a visit, some fine day...
[its war out there kids. be careful]
In the midst of the DeepSeek noise, OpenAI released "Operator," arguably the first truly usable and accessible ($200/mo) AGI Agent. Notably, one of their highest priority security concerns was "prompt injections by bad actor websites & apps"... (cont'd)
so while normally (until yesterday) prompt injection occurs when a bad actor visits ChatGPT or its API, and attempts to subvert its training / safety guardrails... (cont'd)
Last night, beginning at around 9:45 pm, I personally witnessed (and videoed) what appeared to be dozens of large drones in the sky above my residence in Davidsonville, Maryland (25 miles from our nation’s capital). I observed the activity for approximately 45 minutes.
Like many who have observed these drones, I do not know if this increasing activity over our skies is a threat to public safety or national security. But the public is growing increasingly concerned and frustrated with the complete lack of transparency and the dismissive attitude of the federal government. The government has the ability to track these from their point of origin but has mounted a negligent response. People are rightfully clamoring for answers, but aren’t getting any.
We are being told that neither the White House, the military, the FBI, or Homeland Security have any idea what they are, where they came from, or who has launched or is controlling them–and that they pose no threat.
That response is entirely unacceptable. I join with the growing bipartisan chorus of leaders demanding that the federal government immediately address this issue. The American people deserve answers and action now.
