@AmazonHelp My chat with Amazon CC... This is the quality of service @amazon @amazonIN offers in India ... Same situation western or European nations will cost amazon dearly

[ACT_Fibernet_Subscribers @ACT_Issues]

@amazon @amazonIN Earlier you were giving slots for delivery but off late for many orders I don't see the option, and frm the past few deliveries even delivery agent no isn't being sent as earlier ... Pls don't discontinue good practices

[ACT_Fibernet_Subscribers @ACT_Issues]

@amazon @amazonIN A good run with deliveries from past 6 yrs but once again old days are back again I feel , deliveries getting delayed from past month & today no delivery, a call to CC wasn't productive, just wasted my day waiting for it ... Pull up your delivery partners

[ACT_Fibernet_Subscribers @ACT_Issues]

Like the way @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD informs us that our calls may be recorded for quality & training purposes, in all my calls I have informed them that I am recording & can use this call as evidence in a court of law or in SM platforms

I am going to put the recorded customer care calls from Dec 2017 to Oct 2018 soon... Download & listen to the service promises of @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

Another long call with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD CC... Earlier the goal post was 24hrs, since more than 67 hours have passed they want 72 hours... Collecting good evidence for the case... Well escalation to a supervisor/manager not possible, 2nd call on record..

[ACT_Fibernet_Subscribers @ACT_Issues]

4th day in progress with internet from @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD thinking of calling cc one more time and collect further evidence against this rouge company...

[ACT_Fibernet_Subscribers @ACT_Issues]

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD And what's this stupidity of not letting a aggrieved customer approach a supervisor/manager when his complaint is escalated ? Is that a professional attitude ? Will ask the same in consumer court with evidence of call recording

[ACT_Fibernet_Subscribers @ACT_Issues]

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet just came to know that a customer has been denied access to a supervisor/manager on a telecom call when his issue isn't resolved in 48hrs.. WOW, great service.. keep it up losers.. pathetic & disgusting

[ACT_Fibernet_Subscribers @ACT_Issues]

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Your HO at Hyderabad & Branch off @ RethiBowli is aware of the issue...bi have more than 12 hours of recorded conversations with your cc supervisors / managers
