@opodo @SimonCalder hi Simon, 3 years waiting for a refund from Opodo who want a letter from my bank saying they did NOT reimburse me on the 7/1/2023in order to be able to reimburse me now!My bank can’t provide this. Opodo already have my bank statement . What can I do?
