Millions of ordinary people are helping build AI every day without even realising it.

Every prompt they write, every mistake they correct and every piece of feedback they provide helps make AI more useful and valuable.

And increasingly, AI is learning from something even more important.

How humans actually use computers.

Our clicks, decisions and workflows teach AI how to navigate websites, use software and complete real-world tasks.

Think about it.

Prompts reveal what people want.

Corrections teach AI where it goes wrong.

Workflows demonstrate how humans get things done.

Feedback helps companies build better products.

Together, these contributions are helping create one of the most valuable technologies in human history.

Yet how much of that value goes back to the people contributing it?

For most people, the answer is $0.

The industry calls it "usage data."

But when human behaviour is being used to improve AI systems worth billions, shouldn't the people behind that data have the opportunity to benefit too?

That's exactly what we're building at Action Model.

Instead of treating human behaviour as free training data, we're creating a community-owned AI ecosystem where people can choose to contribute their online actions.

In return, they earn LAM Points for their participation, with the opportunity to own a share of the AI ecosystem they're helping build.

More than 600,000 people are already part of this movement.

Because AI shouldn't become more valuable by learning from millions of people while all the economic upside goes to a handful of billionaires.

If humans are helping create the intelligence, humans should have the opportunity to share in its value.

“If you're dependent on a powerful person for the ability to live, that's a problem.”

Computer Scientist Jaron Lanier, a pioneer of virtual reality, is raising a question that deserves more attention:

What happens when the companies automating our work also get to decide how we survive without it?

As AI reshapes jobs, we keep hearing promises of a future where machines create abundance and people receive an income.

Financial support matters. But so does having a say in your own future.

Who controls the wealth?
Who decides how it gets distributed?
And what power do ordinary people have if their livelihoods depend on those decisions?

Lanier argues for a future where people can participate in the economy and support themselves through what they contribute.

That matters because AI already depends on human contributions.

Our knowledge. Our decisions. Our work. The ways we solve problems and complete tasks.

Those contributions help create value. The people behind them should have the opportunity to share in it.

At Action Model, we're building a community-owned AI ecosystem where people can consciously contribute verified actions, earn rewards, and have the opportunity to own a piece of what they help build.

Ownership gives people a stake in the future they're contributing to.

The future of AI should give people more agency over their lives.

Elon Musk just warned that humans may lose control of AI. 🚨

"I find it unlikely that humans would remain in control" once digital intelligence becomes a million times greater than biological intelligence.

And his answer to that possibility?

"I hope the AI is nice to us."

Think about that.

We're building technology that could become vastly more intelligent than humanity, yet even the people leading its development aren't confident we'll remain in control.

This is exactly why the future of AI cannot be left in the hands of a few powerful companies and billionaires.

Technology this powerful will shape everyone's future.

Everyone deserves a voice in how that future is built.

If you agree, join our movement for community-owned AI.

Imagine if everyone helping build AI had the opportunity to own a share of the value it creates.

AI has been built on human knowledge, creativity and data contributed by billions of people.

We've all played a part in making AI what it is today. Shouldn't we all have the opportunity to benefit from it?

Not just through donations or charitable funds, but through actual ownership.

That's the future we're building at Action Model.

AI should benefit humanity, and humanity should have a stake in it.
