@Eevnos I'm not sure what people really "expect". Black Friday expanded into a whole weekend with Cyber Monday. And this year it was, for many vendors, discounts the entire MONTH. Deep discounts require raising prices for the rest of the year. Not fair to non-impulse buyers.

@SmartThingsBeat @tweethue I believe there are fees for "WWST" certified integrations; and perhaps also fees (substantially smaller ones) for only "Compatible With SmartThings".

But I do not think such fees are currently on a "per user" basis and thus not scalable: Perhaps in long term plans for Samsung.

Samsung is certainly putting their touches on the "new" SmartThings App - It's actually been 2 years since consolidation into the Samsung Connect App announced at Samsung Developer Conference. They're learning a lot along the way. ActionTiles was born with a different goal.

@th0rn0210 No ... You can change this in Android or FireOS Settings and/or in specialized browsers like Fully Kiosk (swipe from the left edge to explore Fully's extensive options).

I don't think any web-app has control over screen rotation.
