I started to workout more at home as again was put on medication with a very common side effect of weight gain.
So I got a @invictusactive trainer (I call it a wheelchair treadmill) and also the ‘portable wheelchair gym-fusion wheel’
Plus @activehandsco to help gripping

This month's spotlight is the Legendary Logan!
8 year old Logan sustained a SCI due to medical malpractice. He started training with us back in February. Logan and his family moved from New York and made Orlando their permanent residence to continue training with us!
I have started to do drawing on my iPad with an app,e pencil. I use an @activehandsco small aid gripping item to hold the Apple Pencil. This really helps me and digital art helps too as much easier to delete mistakes etc. I use technology to give me more accessible options

I have recently started to do art. For this I use an app on my iPad as digital art is so much more accessible for me. And I use an @activehandsco small gripping aid to hold the Apple Pencil.
Art is a way to express myself and keep myself distracted.

Various gripping aids from @activehandsco to help me hold things like exercise equipment, cutlery and an Apple Pencil.
I have a profiling bed from the OT which helps with pain. I also have hoists in my flat. If I have a tic attack I need to be hoisted afterwards.

I did an art thing.
I’ve started doing more art based things. Using Procreate, Apple Pencil and a @activehandsco small item aid. To make art more accessible for me.
Art like poetry is something I was told I was bad at in school.
However I just needed it to be more accessible
Who was there when Wheelz Fotheringham performed his wheelchair backflip at #AbilitiesExpo? Back then, he had just gotten into the Guinness World Record book for one flip in his chair. Now he's going for a triple flip!!! 🔥
You got this, Aaron. We know you'll nail it!
And I’m also doing various follow along things for drawing different stuff.
I don’t hold my pen ‘correctly’ I hold it in my way that works best. Ordered a product from @activehandsco which should make it even better and more accessible.
