Of these are included, it provides an opportunity to address the winner takes all system and an opportunity for the official opposition to influence governance and decision making as government in waiting and perhaps alleviate the perception of total exclusion.

2. The law should provide that the offices to be at the rank equivalent to Speaker and Deputy speaker of the National Assembly among others to support those offices from the Consolidated Fund;

4. Provide for one representative in independent commissions to be reserved for selection or nomination by the Opposition of the day; the same for selection panels;

Some thoughts on changing some governance structures in Kenya for an all inclusive Government for all:
1. Enact the a law establishing the Office of the Leader of Opposition to provide for the powers and privileges of the Leader and Deputy leader of the coalition that comes 2nd;
