For character prep create a 3D sensory world around you.
This will improve focus and discipline.
Each time you enter this world more details will be noticed which will heighten the reality.
If you lose focus find something in the world you connect with.

Self tape tip when there’s no time to learn the sides:
Learn a select few moments confidently that:
Reveal something deeply about the character.
Have the strongest objectives.
Allow you to find truth.
The self tape doesn’t need to be a memory test.

Don’t be a victim. Ever. Put the responsibility on your shoulders. Blaming others or external factors will only make you bitter and resentful. Just put yourself out there and work at becoming a better actor. If things don’t work out, understand why and use it to improve yourself.
