@vanessafeltz has just said something SO wrong & misguided on @thismorning regarding Coeliac Disease. There can be huge consequences of cross contamination and any gluten intake can lead to illness and contribute to other chronic conditions. @Coeliac_UK need to watch.

Um... this isn’t a great take.

Everything said assumes that the gluten free food is going to taste bad or worse. Gluten free food can look, taste and be just as good as ‘normal food’ so there really doesn’t have to be any problem here..

@thismorning I’d be happy to come on and show you how good gluten free food can be & some much needed awareness. I promise you won’t be disappointed 😇
