MAUREEN - Actors between 40-60 years. She is the protagonist, struggles from poor mental health and is attempting to reconcile her hero worship and the dark accusations made towards Ingrid.

INGRID - Actor between 65-85 years who can portray a Granny accused as a serial killer. Must have charm, an upbeat persona, comic timing, but also portray darkness. The role should not be played as self consciously evil.

Plot: A beloved granny is accused as a serial killer in her rural community. The news ails the granny’s admirers, attempting to reconcile her light and shadow side. Tone of the film would be akin to the ‘Fargo’ tv series.
