Habits help, but like... habits aren't any more consistent for ADHDers than anything else. It takes forever for us to create a habit and it will break after one miss. Then we have to start over again.

ADHD is a serious disorder of functionality, and all this pretending that it isn't a disorder that causes serious issues does not help us be accepted as having an actual disability. "Disorder" and "disability" are not bad words, they are adjectives.
I thought we'd start September with a bang by discussing "adulting". What's your biggest challenge with being an adult in today's world? Do you have any systems in place that work fairly well to deal with it?
