... same thing, saw the damage and said he'd log it in the report. I thought @haulbikes would contact me but I guess they don't want my business anymore? They also changed our pickup date so that screwed us up too. What's up with that?

I used @HaulBikes to ship my bike to Sturgis and just found out they give you 24 hours to submit a claim for damage they did to my bike. When I picked up my bike I saw right away they had damaged the antenna and scratched the pain in an effort to tuck the antenna. Driver said...

Now I find out they won't process a claim for the damage they did to my bike. Nevermind that the driver noticed it right away and said he made a note of in the report.
