Character Token Selection Box Compensation

Dear Commander,

Previously, a configuration issue occurred with the "Character Token Selection Box" in the "General Fragment Offer Pack" available in the End-of-Season Discount Shop.

We truly value the feedback and discussion around this issue. After careful consideration, we’ve decided to address it with full sincerity and officially keep this content as a special seasonal bonus.

We will take the following measures regarding this issue:

1. For Commanders who have already received the incorrect Rewards, we will not reclaim or adjust them.
2. For Commanders who purchased the corrected version of the Pack, we will issue the corresponding difference in selection fragment rewards to ensure no Commander suffers additional losses due to this issue.
3. The original $2.99 Pack will be officially adjusted to the "Legendary Character Gift Pack" and permanently added to the store, with a permanent purchase limit of 1.
*Commanders who have already purchased the original "General Fragment Offer Pack" will not be able to purchase it again.
4. To thank all Commanders for your continuous support, we will issue the following appreciation rewards to the entire server:
Sapphire x300
Alloy Pickaxe x3
Coin x500,000

The server-wide compensations are expected to be distributed by June 6.

At the same time, we are well aware:
For Commanders who previously obtained S6 Characters through normal digs and upgrades, this incident may affect your original investment experience.
Therefore, for Commanders who already owned S6 Characters before this Pack was released, we will issue additional special rewards based on the historical cumulative number of S6 Character Fragments obtained prior to the Pack's release.

Specific Rules are as follows:
1. For every 200 S6 Character Fragments accumulated, Get: Mythic General Fragment x1 (Limit: 30)
2. For every 50 S6 Character Fragments accumulated, Get: Legendary General Fragment x1 (Limit: 100)
3. For every 10 S6 Character Fragments accumulated, Get: Alloy Pickaxe x1 (Limit: 30)
*The above rewards can be stacked.

Example:
If a Commander has historically accumulated 1,000 S6 Character Fragments before the Pack's release, they will Get:
Mythic General Fragment x5
Legendary General Fragment x20
Alloy Pickaxe x30 (Reached limit)

The relevant compensation and appreciation rewards will be sent via in-game mail by June 6. Please remember to claim them.

This issue has also made us realize that there is still much room for optimization and improvement in our Event configuration and content review processes. We will further strengthen relevant process verifications in the future to prevent similar issues from happening again as much as possible.

Thank you to all Commanders for your continuous understanding, patience, and support for Metal Slug: Awakening.

We also hope this gesture of sincerity will bring more Commanders a relaxed and joyful experience at the end of the Season.

S7 Regional Reorganization

The new S7 season will kick off on June 2nd!

In the new season, the various regions will be reorganized and reassigned. The reorganization will be determined based on factors such as server launch time, overall server activity, and overall player strength. See the image below for the new season's group information!

Note: - Servers not listed in the table below have not participated in this regional reorganization.
