Call 4 concern launched! We are one of 7 pilot sites supported by NHSE. This allows family/carers/friends to raise concerns over patient deterioration and worsening clinical condition. All information can be found on the trust website.

A patient safety initiative designed to encourage patients and their families to raise concerns if they feel their condition is deteriorating and their concerns are not being recognised or addressed.

We also encourage and welcome the ward staff assisting parents/carers/family to get in touch with us to raise a concern over deteriorating clinical condition
