@TheSpursExpress Save yourselves the disappointment. Any links to players on the radars of the big 6 which drag on for weeks will not come to fruition. B2B 17th place finishes leaves our power of negotiation at an all time low and would mean ENIC breaking a 20 year habit and having to overpay!
@RickySacks@Lilywhite_Rose A fish rots from the head. Those who have sanctioned this and allowed this kind of behaviour to manifest are where the finger of blame should be directed. It’s no wonder we’re in such a state.
@Kast1u_Thfc@TalkTHFC__ Well the hairdryer treatment doesn’t seem to be getting any response as we’re now 2 losses in 2. Post this season if Spurs are serious….the majority of this squad need to be moved on. In terms of talent and mentality it’s the worst in my lifetime of supporting the club.
@Tottenham_Feed No they shouldn’t. It’s buying this mid table mediocrity and fodder from relegation battlers that has left us with this squad of dross!
@TomAllnutt_ Sure and why this is commendable, he also went on an 11 game run without a victory which went fairly under the radar. Managing at a team with greater resources comes with levels of scrutiny and expectations that he’s never had to face, therefore still a huge leap into the unknown
Gave us the greatest night in the clubs recent history, and for that, is forever etched into #Tottenham’s history books.
Thank you for everything, Brennan 🤍
@JacoCats@LilywhiteLeaks Bringing Poch back is always the big what if question. It felt like the story never got proper closure and as much as it can be said he had supreme talents, there is also the argument to be had that he played a huge role in nurturing and maximising what he was given.
@xAlexTHFC It’s utter nonsense. We’ve seen this play out many times before. They’ll be no realistic offer Spurs will put in now that cannot be refused. Even if they put in a record club bid, we’ve left no time for teams to replace these players.
No back up LWB / RWB depending on how you profile Spence. No fit playmaker, no competent replacement for LCB when Micky inevitably gets injured. Complete mess of a summer and another manager set up to fail @SpursOfficial - utterly disgraceful! #ENICOUT
@DannyKyriacou Given Arsenals reported interest, this doesn’t feel like the sort of deal where we are going to get the luxury of time to have a plethora of offers knocked back. Given our immediate need for a No.10, wouldn’t it be nice once to just offer something we know will be accepted….
@SebOnFootball Completely agree. 29 years old imminently, one season with a decent G/A return. Not for me either thanks, particularly not for the money being mentioned.
@bigdanf46 Completely agree. I was very critical of Ange myself but he’s given most of us the best few days of our Spurs supporting lives. For that reason he deserved a crack at Season 3. If it went wrong, then so be it. Wouldn’t have been any different to 23 of the 25 seasons under ENIC
