The last time the @USMNT played in Seattle was 10 years ago in the Copa América Centenario.

Do you happen to recognize the 21-year old who joined @AmericanOutlaws for the pre-match march?

At the time, he was a complete unknown on the national stage in his second season with @SoundersFC.

He watched the U.S. defeat Ecuador 2-1 that day.

His Sounders teammate @clint_dempsey scored the opening goal.

He watched from the stands as a fan.

Today, @CristianRoldan will suit up for the red, white, and blue in a World Cup match in that very stadium.

The stadium he's played in for 12 straight seasons.

The stadium where an entire city has fallen in love with his tenacity, his work ethic, and his passion.

What a difference 10 years can make.
