The technology is built. The challenge was commercial reality.

ALMFlux creates verifiable digital passports for industrial assets in oil and gas, starting with the handover and inspection workflow among EPCs, suppliers, inspectors, and operators. Reducing risk. Improving safety and making ESG reporting credible rather than performative.

In last week's one‑on‑one with @AdamFlinter, the focus was sharp: who actually feels the pain, who pays, and how to get into pilots in a notoriously slow‑moving industry.

BGA connected the team with industry heavyweights to validate their customer profiling and sharpen their proposition for mid‑sized GCC EPCs and suppliers. Next step: live pilots and early traction.

That is exactly where BGA does its work. Strong technical teams. Sharper positioning. The right networks to move from product to traction.
