I am not familiar with editing testimonials but maybe this could help.
1.Try to switch the color of the caption when another person talk, for example when the doctor stopped and the patient started talking.
2.Add more visuals and some broll
3.For the Sfx minimizes the wooshes and tone them down a bit, and enhance the voice of the patient with adobe.
I think this would help and i wanna see you implementing them for your next videos.
