At 1:50 PM we had reports of a tornado touching down near the Town of Bennett.
We have deputies, emergency management, & other resources checking the area. As of right now, we have reports of three houses lost or with damage. No injuries reported as of yet.

The National Weather Service said strong winds are picking up along the front range. Now Highway 93 is closed between Golden and south of Boulder due to blowing snow. Drive with care!
