@bandq_help If I knew I wouldnt be disappointed with the service. That would have been my fault, however I wasn’t advised of this. This is where I find your customer service is lacking. You aren���t going beyond keeping me as a regular customer over a £38 of poor guidance.

@BandQ Disappointed with Whitfield. I wasn’t advised once that when I purchased the Valspar paint range that it isn’t refundable, staff need to be trained better. I was sent on my way without any further assistance. Can they even not help make up another colour?

@bandq_help Sorry but Apologies isnt a good enough response. I came to your store today to buy large pots of Dulux frosted steel and goose down paints, brushes, rollers & many more things to help me doctorate. Now Ive left buying nothing over £38 from what should be a clear piece of advise.
