This video is from northern Gaza during the winter of the war and genocide, when Israeli forces besieged the northern part of the Strip.

Israeli forces stripped elderly people, young men, and women of their clothes, left them in the freezing cold, humiliated and interrogated them, and tortured them. The Israeli military then published these scenes, bragged about them, and mocked the Palestinian civilians.

Testimonies from many survivors described people being executed in the field in front of others to terrorize and frighten civilians. Many others were arrested and taken to prisons inside Israel.

I personally know one of those detainees. He is my aunt’s husband. He told me himself about the torture he suffered in prison: beatings, humiliation, starvation, and torture involving water and electric shocks, along with other forms of abuse and mistreatment.

They were civilians.
Among them were elderly people, women, and young men.

They were stripped in the freezing cold, tortured and humiliated, and many were then taken to prisons.

This video is part of what happened to Palestinian civilians in northern Gaza, and it cannot be separated from the testimonies of detainees and survivors.
