తన శక్తివంతమైన వాక్కుతో భారతీయ సంస్కృతిలోని ఆధ్యాత్మిక ఔన్నత్యాన్ని, సాంస్కృతిక వైభవాన్ని, మన నాగరికతలోని అపారమైన జ్ఞానసంపదను స్వామి వివేకానంద ప్రపంచానికి పరిచయం చేశారు. విశ్వమానవ సౌభ్రాతృత్వం, కరుణ, సామరస్యం గురించి ఆయన అందించిన సందేశం ‘వసుధైవ కుటుంబకం’ అనే భారతీయ జీవన దృక్పథానికి నిజమైన ప్రతిరూపంగా నిలిచింది.

శతాబ్దానికి పైగా కాలం గడిచినా, ఆయన ఆలోచనలు నేటికీ మనలో ఆత్మవిశ్వాసాన్ని, దేశభక్తిని పెంపొందిస్తూ, సమాజం మరియు దేశం పట్ల సేవాభావంతో ముందుకు సాగేందుకు నిరంతరం స్ఫూర్తినిస్తున్నాయి.

ఈ చారిత్రక దినాన్ని పురస్కరించుకుని, తరతరాలకు మార్గదర్శకంగా నిలుస్తున్న స్వామి వివేకానందకు నా వినమ్ర నివాళులు.

Congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Government of India for taking yet another decisive step to safeguard the future of India’s youth.

The passage of the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026 in the Lok Sabha sends an unequivocal message: paper leak mafias, organised cheating syndicates and those who steal the dreams of deserving students will face swift and severe consequences.

The revised law significantly strengthens the legal framework by providing:

✅ Punishment of 5–10 years’ imprisonment and a fine of up to ₹50 lakh for those using unfair means (up from 3–5 years and ₹10 lakh).

✅ Organised examination crimes to attract 7–10 years’ imprisonment and fines of up to ₹10 crore.

✅ Fines on errant service providers increased to ₹5 crore, with debarment from conducting public examinations extended from 4 years to 8 years.

✅ Special Task Forces empowered to investigate paper leaks and organised exam fraud.

✅ Time-bound investigations within 2 months.

✅ Special Fast Track Courts for day-to-day trials, with trials to be completed within 3 months of filing the chargesheet.

✅ Time-bound disposal of appeals by High Courts, as far as possible, within 3 months.

The country must also note the stark contrast. While Prime Minister Modi was fulfilling the promise he made to India’s youth by strengthening the law against paper leaks and examination fraud, the Congress and AAP chose to indulge in frivolous cacophony and create a ruckus in Parliament.

This is not merely a law, it is a commitment to merit, transparency and justice for every honest student.

The Modi Government has made it clear: the future of India’s youth will not be held hostage by paper leak mafias or organised cheating networks.

It will take far more than conspiracies, orchestrated street violence and manufactured outrage to dislodge a man who has devoted every moment of his public life to the service of India and its youth.

What unfolded on the streets of Delhi today was not a student movement. It was anarchy in the name of students, backed by political sponsors seeking to achieve through disruption what they have repeatedly failed to achieve through democratic means.

For over a decade, the same ecosystem has attempted to use street power to veto the mandate of the people. Time and again, it has failed. This episode will end no differently.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has faced far greater political challenges and more turbulent times. Yet, on every occasion, he has emerged stronger because he has continued to earn the trust and confidence of the people.

India’s democracy is shaped by the ballot, not by orchestrated violence on the streets. And the people’s mandate cannot be overturned by those who refuse to accept it.
