Capcom Producer Masachika Kawata says they are focused on Resident Evil new entries or remakes so don’t have time for spinoff games at the moment.

It's because of legal reasons! Which is why some libraries use book donations for sales events and such. This was something I had to explain to ppl every single day bc they legit think the books are all donations and like no we have a budget.
