Had a great fall season we went 15-9–1. I am so thankful for my coaches and teammates for making it a great season! I can’t wait to get back at it this summer! @bombers_fp @BeThatPlayer1 @CoachJoshHays @PSHS_Athletics @MVPSportsIL

Had a very successful weekend at a LP4U 14u collage exposer tournament! My team went 4-0-1 against all 14u teams as a 13u team! I also hit my first in the park grand slam, bringing the final score to 11-1. Supper proud of my team this weekend! Excited to get back at it next week.

Took advantage of being off of school today to get some work done in my front yard! Did some batting off the tee and worked on my pitching before my tournament this weekend! #nodaysoff #softballlife @CoachJoshHays @MVPSportsIL @bombers_fp @bombers_il @BeThatPlayer1

Really good day leading pitching development for the Illinois Bombers.

What I enjoy most about this type of work is that it goes beyond running pitchers through drills. It’s creating a shared language, helping coaches better understand what they’re seeing, giving pitchers direction, and building a development process that can actually carry throughout an organization.

That’s the part I think has a ton of value.

Not every organization needs another pitching coach.

Sometimes they need someone who can help build the pitching side of the organization itself.

Today was another reminder of how much I enjoy doing exactly that.

More to come.
