@paramountplus any ideas on why star trek Discovery and star trek picard an movies are playing with a blacked out screen but have sound a plent , I can see time stamps in the slide bar but no picture ATALL been threw all the known fixes from paramount trouble shooting N nothing

@StarTrekOnPPlus I can't even watch the show on my android app , I can hear everything they saying , jungle sounds in back ground , all my other shows I can see well Discovery an picard have issues no picture lots of sound tho wow talk bout confusion , I've checked phone it's ok
