20 months of waiting. Can’t wait any longer. This week, I instructed my lawyers to write to the Finance Minister, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, MP, to DEMAND my salary arrears and terminal benefits for my service to the nation. I have also demanded INTEREST on the outstanding amount. I expect the Finance Minister to do the needful (PAY ME BY FRIDAY) and avoid JUDGMENT DEBT WITH INTEREST!

UPDATE: So contrary to reports that the Court of Appeal acquitted and discharged Sedina Tamakloe by holding that the State did not prove its case beyond reasonable doubt, the Court of Appeal actually held that the charge sheet which formed the basis of the prosecution was defective and on that basis there was nothing regular to mount the entire prosecution on.
So it's really an acquittal on a TECHNICALITY and not on the merits of the case.
We will read the full decision of the Court by close of day today.
