@AmazonUK is there an official complaints email address i can send a mail too. I spoke to the web chat people but my case has been put to internal disputes and they have messed with an order i placed. I’m livid.

@AmazonHelp They said they would send to internal disputes and it might be 24-48 hours. Not had any emails yet. I went through fraud and they want me to pay again. The account they froze(mine) didn’t even buy the product - was an acc not belonging to me. It was a completely different account

@AmazonHelp The substantial order i placed and had gone through has now been cancelled and disappeared from my list. As far as i know it has likely take 270 from me for that already.

@AmazonHelp But the order in question was never on my account and never to this address. It was fraud. I informed them of it in December. So now they are trying to get me to pay again for a fraudulent purchase.

@AmazonHelp In December i disputed some amazon transactions that didnt match my account purchases and the bank refunded me. I received a mail today 10 minutes after a substantial purchase that i had to pay them for the money the bank returned to me as the bank were seeking refund from them.
