@gonoise Extremely disappointed.ordered the Air Clips Pro on 28 July and received them on 30 July,but they were defective from first day.the mic doesn't work,and they're unusable for calls.I reported the issue immediately,it's been 8 days with no resolution. this is unacceptable.

@atherenergy I had a confirmed service slot at Patparganj Industrial Area but was denied service due to workload. I took leave from work for this. I need immediate service today.
