Word, Sacrament, and prayer are the means of grace entrusted to the Church. They cannot be monetized because they are essential to salvation and participatory sustenance.

Christian concerts are not means of grace so while it may be nice not to, artists can charge.

Such that even when there's a text that doesn't include it explicitly, it is almost certain it was performed especially where it involved the apostles.

@RasineIrem I am wondering sir, if the 12 are excluded from the apostles that Paul spoke of in the text. Although the 12 were already called apostles before Jesus ascended but the fullness of their apostolic commission and office began after the ascension. Could you help out with this?
