سوري يختبئ 13 عاماً خلف "ثلاجة منزله" خوفاً من نظام الأسد

شقيقه أقام عزاءه وأطفاله بكوه..زوجته تخفي سر وجوده وتقدم له الطعام من "فتحة صغيرة"!

أثارت قصة السوري محمد زكور اهتماما واسعا بعدما أمضى أكثر من 13 عاما مختبئا خلف جدار داخل منزل جده في مدينة اللاذقية، في مساحة ضيقة لا يتجاوز عرضها مترا واحدا، خوفا من الاـعتقال في عهد نظام الرئيس السوري السابق بشار الأسد.

وبحسب رواية زكور التي نقلتها صحيفة "النهار"، بدأت قصته بعد ـاعتقاله مرتين من الأجهزة الأمنية خلال السنوات الأولى من الثورة السورية.

وبعد خروجه، تلقى تحذيرا بأن الأجهزة تبحث عنه مجددا، فقرر الاختفاء داخل منزل جده بدلا من المخاطرة باعـ،ـتقال ثالث.

وبمساعدة زوجته، بنى جدارا يخفي خلفه مساحة ضيقة، وأصبحت هي الشخص الوحيد الذي يعرف أنه ما زال على قيد الحياة.

وكانت تمرر إليه الطعام والماء والملابس والأدوية عبر فتحة صغيرة، بينما بقي عاجزا عن الخروج أو رؤية أسرته بصورة طبيعية.

الأكثر صدمة أن أبناءه عاشوا سنوات وهم يعتقدون أن والدهم توفي، فيما كان يسمعهم وهم يكبرون من خلف الجدار حتى إن شقيقه أقام مجلس عزاء له، بينما كان زكور لا يزال حيا داخل المنزل.

وفي 8 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2024، سمع أصوات التكبير وعلم بسقوط نظام الأسد، فأدرك أن سبب اختفائه انتهى. خرج من مخبئه، ليكتشف أبناؤه الحقيقة ويواجهوا والدهم بعد سنوات طويلة من الاعتقاد بأنه مات.

طبيب هندوسي في مستشفى سانجاي بولاية ماديا براديش الهندية رفض نقل دم لإحدى المريضات لأن المتبرع ينتمي لطائفة Brahmins (أعلى سلّم الطبقات الهندوسي) بينما المريضة من طائفة Vaishya (المستوى الثالث لطبقات السّلم الهندوسي).

بحسب أهل المريضة فقد قال لهم الطبيب:
لا أستطيع نقل دم من طبقة عُليا لطبقة دُنيا حتى لا تختلط الطبقات وعليكم البحث على متبرع من نفس طبقتكم.

A 2-year-old boy was kidnapped from his home and driven nearly 200 miles away.

Then one trucker spotted the getaway car, and within minutes, three massive semis were closing in around it.

Jim Lowe had heard the AMBER Alert when he recognized the car on Interstate 24. He checked the license plate, realized it matched and immediately radioed other truckers ahead.

The truckers spread across the highway and moved their semis into position around the car. They boxed it in and began slowing it down, making sure the driver couldn’t get away before police arrived.

Officers rushed in, arrested the driver and found 2-year-old Cael Whitehead inside safe and unharmed.

Those truckers had never met Cael, but when they realized that little boy was inside the car beside them, they did everything they could to make sure he got home safely.

Presley Gerber’s death is a suspected overdose in a rehab facility.

I’ve hesitated to share this. Before anyone comes at me: my son is open about his addiction and okay with me sharing.

Below is a picture of my beautiful boy on life support. He’s an addict. He was a straight-A student in high school, played sports, and had lots of friends. He never tried hard drugs until adulthood; it only took once to become addicted.

It’s been a nightmare.

He wasn’t originally in the hospital for an overdose. While there, he mixed weed from his pocket with water and injected it into his IV line, stopping his heart twice. That’s how far addicts will go to get high.

Addiction affects the whole family. We’ve tried everything to help him. We go to sleep every night wondering if that dreadful call will come. He has four brothers. They all love him, but a few have a hard time talking about it.

I’ve never done drugs, so I don’t fully know what an addict goes through, but I have empathy.

This can happen to any family. My heart breaks for the Gerber-Crawford family and all others going through this.
