@NOWHelpTeam Hi, I have had no internet since yesterday afternoon, engineer booked to come out between 8am-1pm. I am WFH and had meetings all day so my partner had to leave work to ensure someone was home and able to let them in etc. No engineer has arrived and still no internet.

@British_Airways can’t check in for LGW flight (both BA and Qatar site saying check in at airport) but have a hotel booked at Gatwick - flight status is okay and says ‘expected’ .. is there anyway we can check in or indication if we may be flying tomorrow before we drive down?
