A very nasty earthquake on Japan's west coast today.

If you're in the area of Ishikawa Prefecture in particular (Kanazawa city), be aware there's a major tsunami warning of potentially 3-5 meters.

Stay safe and get to high ground if you're along the west coastline between Yamagata and Fukui.
