@greg_jenner If it helps, I had a 24 year old colleague in my car recently who streams Spotify like we listened to Radio 1. She noticed the SD card slot on the dashboard and I had to explain what it was to her. She then asked how I managed to live that way.

That stung.

We had a red cylinder hoover at the time so I also heard it every time she saw a red cylinder - I was lower down her recognition list than fire extinguishers.

@greg_jenner Even people that do! It does give suggestions though. Sometimes using an adjacent square is the better option as it may have simpler words. It’s still a must-have app. Have you also seen citizenAid for first aid advice? Also recommended.

@greg_jenner It’s not perfect as it relies on correct spelling and uses plurals and homophones which can easily be garbled but it is nonetheless a really useful tool and we recommend it at work, as do the emergency services. Should be on every smartphone.
