I miss when people actually used to share things on actual websites/dedicated blogs. Now everything is a video on tiktok or a Twitter thread. If you're not on social media you just miss out. And it's hard to access specific information here. You have to consume a barrage
2025 health goals:
- all lightbulbs incandescent
- 100% stainless steel cookware
- replace my entire wardrobe with natural fibers
- no iphone in my bedroom ever
- beef liver, beef kidney, beef testicles, beef heart weekly
- only organic, mycotoxin free coffee
- ground barefoot daily
- see sunset every day
- stretching and mobility daily
- zero friends that eat seed oils
Just treating today and tomorrow like regular days. Not reflecting and not planning anything. I don't have power. I'm alive in this moment in time and that's enough
I’m a big fan of reading, but it’s better to read 10 books (worth rereading) with intention and depth than to follow trends like finishing 100 books a year and just ticking off titles.

You don't *always* have to read for intention and depth. You can do it just because it's fun
When experts warn against the negative health effects of processed foods, seasoning cubes are also part of that list.
You can swap with spices like ginger, garlic, curry leaves, cumin, turmeric, sea salt, onions, thyme e.t.c. If you want something more, you can decide to go traditional by using healthy Nigerian spices like locust beans (iru), ogiri, dawa dawa, crayfish.
