This happened the last time when I had my medical canna expected. He did this same thing.

I don’t know what to do at this point. Because I’m convinced he’s doing it on purpose. I’ve already made a complaint about it.

Still haven’t received my order.

I’ve called multiple times and left messages. 3 days on, still no delivery. Still taking photos of random houses that are not even in the area.
Just straight up skips my delivery. #dpduk

I watch the tracking until it’s my turn, then he just doesn’t show up, goes to the other side of town, then several hours later I get a “delivery attempt” email after phone line closes so I can’t even call customer service again.

If you plan to use @TurkishAirlines travelling to and from Nigeria. You better be sure your return date. Especially if you have a medical condition. If you have an economy flexi ticket, you’re going to have hell changing it from Nigeria. #turkishairlines

Assuming I had big money at hand, I would have just paid whatever #turkishairlines are asking or got a new ticket with another airline. But I really don’t have much choice right now, other than to wait for @TurkishAirlines to tell me something and see what I can do after.

For the last 3 weeks, I’ve made attempts. @TurkishAirlines won’t let you change online, when you call on the phone, you’ll speak to many different agents and they’ll all tell you different things. You won’t be able to pay on the phone either. From Nigeria.

I’m only posting all this because, if anything happens to me & I become too sick to travel or get back to the UK when things are really bad and I end up admitted in hospital unable to speak again. I want everyone to know that I tried my best with @TurkishAirlines when I could.

You’ll be patiently waiting and waiting and worried about everything whilst @TurkishAirlines takes their time.Especially if you’re low income and don’t have almost 3 times the money you paid to buy an expensive ticket to return back to the UK for medical attention

If you’re like me, and you have a rare medical condition that requires urgent medical attention and observation if there are significant changes, and Nigeria doesn’t have the testing kits or treatment you need if you’re in a crisis, it’ll be scary to wait for @TurkishAirlines

You might get friends and family from outside Nigeria to call and try to help because it’s a medical emergency. They call @TurkishAirlines contact number and you’re told to upload medical information. You do, and have no idea when they’ll get back to you. No fast response.

Then @TurkishAirlines agent in Abuja will tell you to send someone outside of Nigeria to a physical office. Person goes and is told different stories.

Then @TurkishAirlines will tell you yo go to the sales office. When you go, the sales office will tell you that they’re not selling economy rates from Nigeria anymore. Even if you have economy flexi ticket, you must pay the higher premium. Which is unaffordable for most of us.
