So follow-up on that 😉:
- The development of the language continue
- I missed my self-deadline for 2025. It is not ready yet. Mainly due to me being (very) picky on compiler performance.
- I will continue to work on that in 2026 since it triggered quite a lot of interest.

@FelixCLC_ Give this man several billions.
First, this attitude would make the world more bearable compared to other billionaires.
Second, he would probably spend the billions he has to design a good CPU and thats definitively worth it.
@NXT4EU Be careful of who you quote. This is from two anti-European (serial-lier) french politician on the extreme right spectrum.
I doubt the map is truely showing the facts. These guys made a sport about bullshitting on Europe the entire day.
@FelixCLC_ It's clearly an outdated design... but I am happy they do it anyway.
Europe current only chip manufacturer is ST Micro which mainly produces low end embedded chips.
Catching back to something state of art in HPC produced in EU is going to take a while

@Emericdevigan Je viens de voir ca. La surface du Lac est encore plus élevée:
https://t.co/yoR90CpPus
C'est assez rare à vrai dire, le Léman est habituellement à cette temperature en surface plutot vers début Juillet
@XFreeze > You have no idea how much headache and torture the 𝕏 team and Elon have to endure with the EU
So just stop whining and get out of Europe.
But you will never have the balls to do that because it would significantly weaken your Boss propaganda machine.
@blelbach Yeah I also remember this time where 'Exascale' was the buzzword.
I also remember the joke associated: "We will need a dedicated nuclear powerplant for Exascale, [ahaha]"
Little they knew that 10y, the big A.I DS effectively requires an actual dedicated power plant closeby
@stimmtdochgarn1@MatRopert Additionally, this is what Bjarne points out also here saying "Some senior Soft Eng prefers retiring than dealing with LLM generated code".
So yes, people open their mouth without knowing shit about the topic he is talking on.
Nothing new here, this is Twitter.

@stimmtdochgarn1@MatRopert It does not mean they cant be used.
It means you will need humans (real humans) to guarantee they do not fucked up in the task.
Because you need that for responsibility and certification reasons.

@HSVSphere@geocucu Swift kind of understood that 10y before everyone else with their protocol systems instead of using Monomorphization for everything.
Unfortunately it has been implemented half way.
@MatRopert Most environment with validation implies clear processes, V-Cycle with strict tracing between every requirements and every line of code associated with them and justification for it.
That's not something coding LLM are good at it today and Bjarne is right on that.

@MatRopert Bjarnes speaks about validation...Most moron answering in the fields have absolutely not clue of the processes associated with safety critical code and validation but still open their mouth.
