@LGIndia Received a call from Croma saying that LG is refusing to compensate them. Now they're talking about some outer body issue and asking us to pay. If the original issue is regarding leakage and that very said leakage causes other damage , how can you say that it's not covered ?

Really disappointed with the service experience. Dishwasher issue unresolved despite multiple requests. Now being told it’s not covered under warranty and no replacement will be provided.
