just had a conversation with my 18yr old adhd son, and told him to take his medication by the 3rd phone call.............

Warm cocoa, nicotine replacement inhaler and a very comfy pillow and then maybe sleep. I have survived for 18 years, I can survive longer

I,m unable to sleep with all the mad thoughts and worries going round and round in my head. Will my 18 yr old survive in the world???
