Existential time loop -
#ADHD is spending 45 minutes deciding what to do, getting exhausted, needing a break, and then repeating that cycle until it’s tomorrow.
If I have evening plans, no matter how unimportant or the time commitment, I stress all day go into a tailspin thinking I won’t get anything done because I don’t have any time to do anything, and now the entire day is gone. #adhdproblems#adhd
Enjoying a conversation and then worrying that I’m monopolizing the conversation because I find the topic so interesting and the other person finds me annoying and the conversation boring but too polite to say anything #adhdproblems

ADHD is having a never ending to-do list, stressing about all that you have to do and not having enough time in the day, except someone now finding time for twitter, instagram, DoorDash, back to twitter, replying to everyone’s insta stories, it’s already 11pm
