Este fin de semana, y para alejarnos un poquito, del desorden del Carnaval, buscando relax y tranquilidad, en familia y con amigos, decidimos venir a conocer estas Villas, en Córdoba, Veracruz, pero fue todo lo contrario.
Hicimos reservación desde hace varios días, aclarando el número de personas que éramos.
Llegamos, y el primer día, todo bien, el lugar agradable, era la primera vez que nos hospedábamos ahí, por recomendación de una amiga.
Llegamos el viernes, y ayer sábado, después de dormir una noche aquí, nos salen con que teníamos que alquilar otra Villa “porque éramos muchos”.
Aclaro que no hicimos ningún tipo de desorden, ni escándalo, ni nada, pasamos el día tranquilos, descansando y jugando juegos de mesa.
Desde el momento de la reservación se les dijo cuántas personas éramos, rentamos dos Villas, jamás se les ocultó eso, y está demostrado en los mensajes vía WhatsApp que se hicieron con el empleado de las Villas.
Bueno, pues ayer el ultimátum fue, “o rentan otra, o la rentan”.
Y bueno, obvio los mandamos alv.
Buscamos un Airbnb cercano, y nos mudamos.
Nos comentaron que esas Villas son de @Miguel_layun y me pregunto si el sabrá la pésima administradora que tiene en su negocio.
Porque cuando haces un compromiso con un huésped, que paga el servicio días antes, eso se debe respetar, y se pagaron las 3 personas adicionales, como ellos indicaron al momento de realizar la reservación.
La “excusa” fue que, cuando llegamos, no había más Villas disponibles, pero el sábado, “ya hubo”, por eso querían que rentáramos otra.
Obvio que nunca regresaremos a este lugar, Villas Layfer, y es una lástima porque está bonito y la gente que trabaja ahí es amable, menos la persona que administra el lugar.

There’s a scene in the movie “A Star is Born” with Bradley Cooper and the dog outside the garage. I watched that movie in the end of my drinking days and the scene tortured me so much thinking about it. Of course it was only a movie but I then proceeded to pretty much try drink myself to death. I used to listen to this song hammered drunk alone and crying for hours. The thought of Snoop being home waiting for me is what got me through that ICU visit and made me want to change my life.

There’s a lot of emotions in my head about Tina. They are however surprisingly positive. Yes her stay was very short and we’d all have loved to have her for years to make us smile. However for me personally I’m proud of myself because I did all the hard things for her and she had everything perfect until the very last moment. I’d never have done 1% of that when being addicted. I’d have let her down and been selfish and gone off drinking.

I’m so happy I got to meet her because she taught me a type of love that I never thought even existed. She was selfless and completely pure in a way I never saw in any creature on this planet.

The song and looking at Tina videos just got me thinking that it doesn’t have to end badly. Things can turn around. You can be running around the jungle with a dog absolutely full of life with a huge smile on your face and everything to live for.

Thank you Tina. The work for you has only just started and I’ll see you again one day 🥰🥰
