@MrWoodysGoodies @X @grok yup!! I was over weight before and now I'm around 35 lb under weight. Can't afford to eat a much as I should, roughly only 1/3 ofthe meals I should have, portions are cut way down. even only eating half a potato instead of a whole. It's affecting my energy a LOT.
