@thefineprintesq@jborstein Very possible at many big firms. Combo of vacation and nonbillable stuff can keep you off radar for 1-2 months easily. Not hard to imagine finding a reason to stretch thru 3rd month
@SteelToeScribe@randolphkwatson Clients pressure lawyers for an ASAP turnaround, then are the first to lay blame on attys for mistakes made due to “ASAP” fire drill nature. Good work takes time. It’s a never ending cycle (but we pay you $[X] per hour!)
