Them enacting this law was more like Florida declaring their challenge to the Supreme Court ruling. It can’t go into effect unless they win.

Also, there’s a Supreme Court ruling already in place that says a perpetrator of child rape CANNOT get the death penalty UNLESS the victim was also killed during the crime.

There was literally no way for me as a DM to have the granular control I wanted.

It was great tho if I approached it as a “game@ rather than a co-op “story”

@Everice15 @FumiaBeatrice Of course, my players never knew exactly to what insane extent I was manipulating the entire experience, but it didn’t matter. They loved that game. 99 sessions over 8 or 9 years! Best thing I ever did as a DM. 🤓

@PapatronTCAP @Marakath I’ve been running games for almost 30 years, and a few years back I found an online gaming group looking for a DM.

I said I’d run the game, and I explained how committed I get, how personalized I work with each PCs story, etc. like I really geek out.

They were thrilled, BUT -
