@MCA21India foriegn national with OCO, resident in India - is it compulsory for them to still submit their passport/OCI to form an LLP in India #charteredaccountants#india
@MCA21India One doesn't need to get this apostilled but a notary or a CA in India can do the same.however being indian resident as a foreign national- one still needs to submit the passport I assume and if one doesn't do that what does the MCA do? And how do one report fraud of this kind
@MCA21India Dear MCA help desk- I understand and had been under the same impression. I am reporting as to how MCA manages if someone actually being a foreign national with OCI is able to form LLP without submission of these required documents. I understand that when you are resident in India
@MCA21India@HelpdeskMCA21V3@MCA21India, why have you removed my posts that clearly talked about a breach in the system where any foriegn national living here with OCI status is able to open a company in India ?
@HelpdeskMCA21V3@MCA21India@cgstdelhizone@FinMinIndia is it for a tax fraud ? Or something bigger this person is hiding the nationality? But more over I am just baffled how it's not picked by the systems - anyone can come open a company, maybe defraud the systems and the banks and run away !
@HelpdeskMCA21V3@MCA21India So a fraud was conducted by a person with me in the United Kingdom - and this person is a foriegn national now residing in India with OCI status. RoC enquiry under the LLP name showed no passport was submitted You could check and save indian economy & this breach (1 of 2)
@HelpdeskMCA21V3@MCA21India Thanks @HelpdeskMCA21V3 if that's the case there is a serious breach that your systems are not able to pick when a foriegn national who hides his/her identity and running an LLP
