@MCA21India One doesn't need to get this apostilled but a notary or a CA in India can do the same.however being indian resident as a foreign national- one still needs to submit the passport I assume and if one doesn't do that what does the MCA do? And how do one report fraud of this kind

Wht it can mean we all are aware

@HelpdeskMCA21V3 @MCA21India So a fraud was conducted by a person with me in the United Kingdom - and this person is a foriegn national now residing in India with OCI status. RoC enquiry under the LLP name showed no passport was submitted You could check and save indian economy & this breach (1 of 2)

There is no admin review or appeal which the client has for the visit visa, and they pay a lot of money only to let them get removed by VFS - Delhi

@UKVIgovuk, why does @VFSGlobal in India refuse to scan checklist generated by ukvi? And for visit visa applications & others they refuse to upload certain documents which isn't written on the checklist !! And then the refusal letters say -- people don't mention about their
